1. I DON’T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT IS GOING ON

  • It is IMPOSSIBLE to be aware of EVERYTHING happening around ME consciously / unconsciously.
  • MY body and mind are regulating themselves right now WITHOUT ME being aware of it.
  • Numerous INVISIBLE signals are in the air (radio waves, thought waves, etc) which I have NO conscious sense of at all.
  • I am co-creating MY life unconsciously WITHOUT MY control.
  • MY conscious mind IS NOT the creator.

2. I DON’T HAVE CONTROL OVER EVERYTHING:

  • By NOT knowing what is going on, I CAN’T control it all.
  • It IS NOT wise to let MY ego decide what is best for ME, because it DOES NOT know what is going on right now.
  • I have choice BUT I DO NOT HAVE CONTROL.
  • SURRENDER IS KEY: I have to LET GO of whether I manifest MY desires or not.

3. I CAN HEAL WHATEVER COMES MY WAY:

  • Whatever happens in MY life is up for healing, simply because its on MY radar.
  • IF I can feel it, I CAN HEAL IT.
  • IF I can see it in someone else and it bothers ME, it is up for healing.
  • IF I can spot it, I’ve got it.
  • I have NO IDEA why it is in MY life, BUT I can let go of it because now I am AWARE of it.
  • The MORE I heal what comes up, the clearer I am to manifest what I PREFER, because I will be freeing up stuck energy to use for MY manifestation.

4. I AM 100% REPONSIBLE FOR ALL THAT I EXPERIENCE:

  • Whatever happens in MY life is NOT my fault, BUT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY. MY PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY includes what I AND OTHERS do and think, because it shows up in MY life.
  • BY taking 100% REPONSIBILITY, other people’s problems are MY problems TOO.
  • I CAN’T blame anything / anyone for my current reality.
  • All I can do is take 100% RESPONSIBILITY for it by ACCEPTING it, OWNING it and LOVING it.
  • The MORE I heal what comes up, the MORE I get in tune with The Divine.

5. MY TICKET TO THE ZERO STATE IS BY SAYING “I LOVE YOU”:

  • Saying this to The Divine CLEANS EVERYTHING IN ME, So I can experience the MIRACLE of THIS moment.
  • I LOVE EVERYTHING because LOVE TRANSMUTES the stuck energy and FREES it.
  • Saying “I Love You” is the “open sesame” to Experiencing The Divine.

6. INSPIRATION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN INTENTION:

  • Intention is a TOY of the mind, INSPIRATION is a DIRECTIVE from The Divine.
  • I am SURRENDERING and starting to LISTEN (rather than begging and waiting).
  • Intention is TRYING to control life based on the LIMITED VIEW of MY ego. INSPIRATION is RECEIVING a message from The Divine and ACTING on it.
  • Intention WORKS and brings RESULTS, INSPIRATION WORKS and brings MIRACLES.

7. How to HEAL MYSELF and DISCOVER HEALTH, WEALTH and HAPPINESS.

  • I am healing MYSELF and anyone else of anything I notice.
  • Whatever I see in anyone else is ALSO in ME, so all healing is SELF-HEALING.
  • No one else has to do these processes but ME.
  • The ENTIRE world is in MY hands.

Banaba is a flowering plant that grows in warm climate like the Philippines, India and others. Banaba is widely used in the Philippines and as herbal medicine for diabetes. The Banaba leaves and flowers contain corrosolic acid, a substance being studied for its insulin like effect of lowering the glucose in the body. Banaba is also being studied as a weight-loss supplement for its ability to delay or reduce the absorption of carbohydraes. Banaba is also rich in vitamins and minerals including zinc and magnesium. Banaba is also rich in dietary fibers.

Folkloric uses of Banaba herbal medicine include the treatment for diarrhea, constipation, inflammation of kidneys, dysuria and other urinary dysfunctions

Banaba is a tropical flowering tree that grow up to 10 meters high. Banaba has large green oblong leaves that is about 3 inches in width and 7 inches in length. The flowers or Banaba are racemes and colored pink to lavender. Banaba bears nut-like fruits that are arranged in large clumps.

Sambong is also known as a diuretic, and is used in cases of hypertension and mild to moderate congestive heart failure. Sambong is high in essential oils, and contains significant amounts of camphor oil.

Sambong is one of 10 herbs that have been approved by the Department of Health in the Philippines as being effective in treating certain disorders. The department of Science and Technology has conducted extensive tests on Sambong. Clinical studies, including double blind/placebo randomized studies, have shown Sambong to be both safe and effective in the cases of kidney stones and hypertension. There are Sambong products on the market now in the Philippines that have been approved by the Bureau of Food and Drugs and are routinely prescribed by doctors.

The leaves of Sambong are also used as a tea in the Philippines, and as a cure for colds. It is also said to have antidiarrhetic and antigastralgic properties. It is also used as an expectorant. It is given for worms and dysentery. It is one of the most commonly used medicinal herbs in the Philippines.

Law of Attraction Facts

The Law of Attraction is responding to your thought, not to your current reality. When you change the thought, your reality must follow suit. If things are going well for you, then focusing upon what is happening now will cause the well-being to continue, but if there are things happening now that are not pleasing, you must find a way of taking your attention away from those unwanted things.

You have the ability to quickly change your patterns of thought, and eventually… your life experience.

Take 15 minutes daily, thinking of pleasant scenarios regarding your body, with the sole intent of enjoying your body and appreciating its strength and stamina and flexibility and beauty. When you visualize for the joy of visualizing rather than with the intention of correcting some deficiency, your thoughts are more pure and, therefore, more powerful. When you visualize to overcome something that is wrong, your thoughts are diluted with the "lackful" side of the equation. In time, your physical condition will acquiesce to your dominant thoughts.

Brain Myth #2: There are right-brain and left-brain personalities and traits.

Fact: Both hemispheres are intricately interconnected, and information is constantly shared with every activity we perform. As adults we need both sides, and there are certain brain-entrainment strategies that appear to enhance hemispheric dialogue.

In reality, each person has unique areas of the brain that can play a dominant role. Thus, one person will have a talent for music, another for math. Some people have brains that allow them to excel in sports, while others will be gifted in language. And for each area that we are strong in, there will be an area in which we are weak.
