Law of Attraction Facts
The Law of Attraction is responding to your thought, not to your current reality. When you change the thought, your reality must follow suit. If things are going well for you, then focusing upon what is happening now will cause the well-being to continue, but if there are things happening now that are not pleasing, you must find a way of taking your attention away from those unwanted things.
You have the ability to quickly change your patterns of thought, and eventually… your life experience.
Take 15 minutes daily, thinking of pleasant scenarios regarding your body, with the sole intent of enjoying your body and appreciating its strength and stamina and flexibility and beauty. When you visualize for the joy of visualizing rather than with the intention of correcting some deficiency, your thoughts are more pure and, therefore, more powerful. When you visualize to overcome something that is wrong, your thoughts are diluted with the "lackful" side of the equation. In time, your physical condition will acquiesce to your dominant thoughts.

Innercise : Mindfulness
Mindfulness is complete, calm awareness of the state you are in at the present moment. It’s a state of stillness where you can observe your thoughts and feelings as opposed to being on automatic pilot or driven by emotional impulse.
Mindfulness helps you live in a state of intention and purpose. You can recognize your vibrational response to news, good or bad, when you are in a state of mindfulness. In complete mindfulness, you can reach a point where something seemingly disappointing happens and you are able to recognize your

Innercise : Affirmations
An affirmation is a definitive statement that something is so. Affirmations are self-fulfilling prophecies. Creating personal affirmations is a way of declaring and affirming a belief you have and a vision you hold. Affirmations are more than an expression of statements or desires, they can create our beliefs and habits. When you create specific clear statements—affirmations—the universe responds with precision, giving you all you need to manifest what you desire. Your outside world is a reflection of your internal world or your internal programming. Put another way, you become what you think about most. Repetition is the mother of learning, and the key to effective affirmations is making bold, clear, positive statements in the present tense.

Innercise : Self-Hypnosis
Self-hypnosis is a deep, trance-like state of relaxation and concentration halfway between wakefulness and sleep that creates a fertile ground for retraining and reprogramming your brain. A state of self-hypnosis allows you to change your beliefs and habits at a deep, nonconscious level.
Affirmations, visualization, audio suggestion and guided imagery have a more powerful impact when you are in a state of self-hypnosis. Your body relaxes, negative thoughts subside and self-hypnosis becomes a place for dramatic change. With the right methodologies, you can

Innercise: Visualization
Visualization is the process of creating what you want through crystal clear pictures in your mind. In addition to mental images, visualization can include vivid tastes, smells, tactile sensations and gut feelings. To understand visualization, you need to consider how the two parts of your brain work.
The conscious part of the brain is the part you are aware of and it focuses on one thing at a time—whatever we deem important at the moment. The subconscious brain doesn’t think this way. The subconscious brain sees a complete picture of everything happening all at once and is aware of the input from all of your senses at every moment. A good story evokes powerful mental images and those images can create an emotional response that is stronger than what is

Innercise: Meditation
Guided Meditation is one of of the foundations of the neural reconditioning training process and the brain wave frequency upon which you build the structures of new beliefs, goals and aspirations to your nonconscious brain. While many people associate meditation with relaxation, its central impact is training your brain to focus on exactly what you want to achieve while creating new neural pathways to match your vision.

Brain Myth #5: EEG Readings Predict Improvements in Health
Fact: Maybe yes, maybe no. Different behaviors, and different ways of thinking will generate different brainwave frequencies (delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma) in different parts of the brain. In the 1980s and 90s, considerable attention was given to EEG readings that record faint electrical activity along the outermost surface of the brain. Biofeedback and neurofeedback devices showed that we can consciously alter the brainwave frequencies in some parts of the brain, and when a person learns how to do this, certain improvements in behavior, cognition, and emotional regulation could be made. The research remained controversial because

Brain Myth #4: Video Brain Games improve cognition.
Fact: Yes, but not enough to make any practical improvement. They only work for elderly individuals experiencing specific forms of cognitive decline. Memory improves, but not in ways that improve day-to-day life. Praxis Now does not make use of these technologies.
What works best for slowing down the aging processes of the brain? Exercise, a healthy diet, and intense intellectual and social stimulation. Have as many friends as possible. Build strong family ties. Engage in meaningful work and philanthropy. And remain steadfastly optimistic, no matter what.

Brain Myth #3: The brain slows down with age.
Fact: Actually, neuroplasticity increases. Too much information comes in, creating confusion and anxiety. Our NeuroTraining exercises lower stress, which is one of the key culprits associated with neurogenerative disease.

Brain Myth #2: There are right-brain and left-brain personalities and traits.
Fact: Both hemispheres are intricately interconnected, and information is constantly shared with every activity we perform. As adults we need both sides, and there are certain brain-entrainment strategies that appear to enhance hemispheric dialogue.
In reality, each person has unique areas of the brain that can play a dominant role. Thus, one person will have a talent for music, another for math. Some people have brains that allow them to excel in sports, while others will be gifted in language. And for each area that we are strong in, there will be an area in which we are weak. But if one area is damaged, our brains can compensate in amazing ways. For example: a blind person can use the tongue to actually “see” an object with the aid of a computer-driven device. Under special circumstances, stimulation to the tongue will activate the visual cortex of the brain.
Can we use this information to stimulate the whole brain? Yes! That is why we embed a dozen different strategies in our programs so that your brain can “choose” which ones work best for creating greater neural coherence between both hemispheres and specific regions of the cortex.

Brain Myth #1: You only use 10 percent of your brain.
Fact: Over a 24 hour period, you use your entire brain. Some parts are resting, while others are active, but if neurons are not activated, they die off. Usually this happens in childhood. Did you know we are born with 200 billion neurons, but adults only have half? Where did the other half go? They were “pared off” in childhood: the useless beliefs and perceptions stored in certain neurons are replaced by neural networks that have value and meaning in our lives.

Brain plasticity: This discovery is referred to as the “Discovery of The Decade.”
Our brains are not hardwired as once thought. Our brain is constantly making new connections as we experience life and learn new ideas, patterns and skills. These connections formulate our thoughts, beliefs, habits and emotions. The parts of the human brain that are directly related to motivation, emotional regulation, social awareness, and conscious decision-making are some of the most flexible neural circuits in the brain. These neural circuits act like software in a computer. Change the software and you change the output. We now know that we can can change our ...read more

Maximize Your Potential (by creating new neural circuits)
The human brain has enormous untapped potential, and the most recent findings in neuroscience prove that you can restructure your brain in ways that will allow you to achieve greater success in reaching your financial and business success. You can actually transform old, habituated neural circuits that control the thoughts and actions that currently hold you back from maximizing your full potential. You can now override the cause of your current results by developing more powerful beliefs, habits and actions by creating new neural circuits that stimulate greater clarity, focus, productivity, motivation, and new behaviors that line up with the goals you set and want to achieve.
