Innercise : Mindfulness
Mindfulness is complete, calm awareness of the state you are in at the present moment. It’s a state of stillness where you can observe your thoughts and feelings as opposed to being on automatic pilot or driven by emotional impulse.
Mindfulness helps you live in a state of intention and purpose. You can recognize your vibrational response to news, good or bad, when you are in a state of mindfulness. In complete mindfulness, you can reach a point where something seemingly disappointing happens and you are able to recognize your

Innercise : Affirmations
An affirmation is a definitive statement that something is so. Affirmations are self-fulfilling prophecies. Creating personal affirmations is a way of declaring and affirming a belief you have and a vision you hold. Affirmations are more than an expression of statements or desires, they can create our beliefs and habits. When you create specific clear statements—affirmations—the universe responds with precision, giving you all you need to manifest what you desire. Your outside world is a reflection of your internal world or your internal programming. Put another way, you become what you think about most. Repetition is the mother of learning, and the key to effective affirmations is making bold, clear, positive statements in the present tense.

Innercise : Self-Hypnosis
Self-hypnosis is a deep, trance-like state of relaxation and concentration halfway between wakefulness and sleep that creates a fertile ground for retraining and reprogramming your brain. A state of self-hypnosis allows you to change your beliefs and habits at a deep, nonconscious level.
Affirmations, visualization, audio suggestion and guided imagery have a more powerful impact when you are in a state of self-hypnosis. Your body relaxes, negative thoughts subside and self-hypnosis becomes a place for dramatic change. With the right methodologies, you can

Innercise: Visualization
Visualization is the process of creating what you want through crystal clear pictures in your mind. In addition to mental images, visualization can include vivid tastes, smells, tactile sensations and gut feelings. To understand visualization, you need to consider how the two parts of your brain work.
The conscious part of the brain is the part you are aware of and it focuses on one thing at a time—whatever we deem important at the moment. The subconscious brain doesn’t think this way. The subconscious brain sees a complete picture of everything happening all at once and is aware of the input from all of your senses at every moment. A good story evokes powerful mental images and those images can create an emotional response that is stronger than what is

Innercise: Meditation
Guided Meditation is one of of the foundations of the neural reconditioning training process and the brain wave frequency upon which you build the structures of new beliefs, goals and aspirations to your nonconscious brain. While many people associate meditation with relaxation, its central impact is training your brain to focus on exactly what you want to achieve while creating new neural pathways to match your vision.
